
The Scholarship in Nursing program offers grants up to CAD $ 10,000 to fifteen students per year for up to four months conducting research at universities in Canada choose .* As part of their application for the grant, applicants are expected to self-identify their professors and experts would like to work with the university select in Canada and will be asked to submit a formal letter of support from the university where they wish to be based.
* NOTE: Scholarship in Nursing Eligibility is based on existing agreements between universities in Canada and Africa. Eligibility: must have a Master or PhD students enrolled in an African university *
-Must be in good academic performance (with at least a B overall, or average equivalent)
The Scholarship in Nursing proposed research must be original and timely, and should focus on one thematic area of conflict resolution African Initiative, energy, food security, health, and migration, with particular attention to cross-sectoral issues of climate change
